This is a full-time permanent role for a Midweight Designer located in our Chelmsford office.

As part of our creative team, you will support our fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals. You will explore and conceptualise design solutions based on design strategy and creative brief.

You will be responsible for a range of design projects across various industries. This includes print, digital, branding, social media, animation, CGI, and websites. Our clients are from a broad range of industries with their own unique guidelines, so you’ll be working with something new every day.

Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Figma is a bonus!)
  • An impressive portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, best practices and development of creative ideas
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • A solutions-driven outlook, with an innovative mind and hunger to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
