The property market is changing and we are seeing more and more developers approach us to help brand and market innovative Eco solutions to housebuilding. As we near the end of our most recent Passivhaus project, Trinity Gardens, we take a look at our approach to Eco property marketing.
Successful branding for an Eco development goes far beyond the design of a logo. From choosing the right colour pallet and typeface to the copywriting, imagery and tone of voice – it is all an important mix to creating a strong brand for eco homes. Thorough research and an understanding of the technology our clients use, as well as taking inspiration from other industries, all come together to create not only a visually strong brand – but one that reflects the homes that are being built.
When looking at the overall strategy of an Eco development, it is also important to consider the way in which the developer will approach the marketing of their development. Clever strategies that embrace the digital world and reach out to potential customers in a way that goes beyond the traditional channels adopted by property developers are all an important part of the approach and one we embrace with open arms. Thinking beyond the box is one of the reasons why our clients love what we do.
Fred also takes the environment very seriously. We implement paperless project management and briefing systems, maximise digital strategies where possible and for those projects which do require printed items, we are very selective with who we work with. One of our main printing partners, for example, is recognised as one of ten carbon balanced printers in the UK by the World Land Trust.
