As the country starts to make sense of the way forward, we start to move into the next phase of our new normal – at least for now.
Like many, We Are Fred quickly established a new way of working and making full use of the technology available to us to stay in touch – both for the business and socially. We pulled together as a team at a time that was uncertain. For us it was very much business as usual – just a little different.
As a team, throughout the past few months, we have celebrated pitch wins, website launches, created internal comms campaigns for our clients, animated social media content and branded some great new homes developments for our clients. For us, we may have not been in the office and at full capacity whilst we juggle flexible working, but we continued to work the Fred way – the only way we know how. Our clients received the same level of service, the same quality of work and all the support and guidance they needed to adapt their marketing to the new way – especially our property clients and those who service the over 60s market.
The New Normal at Fred is one to be celebrated. We will only be looking forward from here, taking with us all that we have learnt in finding the perfect work/life balance for the team and how we can keep communication channels open with our clients and be available to attend more meetings than ever before through the use of technology.
Next week see’s the return of some of our studio team to the office – we are calling it our Phase 1. We have put all necessary precautions in place to ensure we adhere to the social distancing guidelines, and that we keep our staff and our community safe. We will still be encouraging working from home, where possible, and look forward to a very busy Summer!
