We Are Fred keeps on growing.
Nov 2018

Just 18 months after launching, We Are Fred has appointed new Account Handler, Natalie Fryatt, to help oversee the ever-increasing workload as the agency sees exponential growth from property and professional service clients looking for design and marketing services.

Natalie is responsible for ensuring that client projects run on time, within budget and are delivered to We Are Fred’s high standards. She is a highly experienced project manager, adept in running multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish and is well respected in the industry amongst her peers.

Natalie’s hire comes just eight months after We Are Fred hired graphic designer Max Foster. Max is responsible for developing creative solutions for clients that appeal to their target audience and help to turn marketing into sales.

The USP of We Are Fred is how the design and the accounts teams work closely together to foster a unique synergy. This makes them different to other design and marketing agencies in that the whole team is engaged right from the very start of every project and work together to get tangible results.

Nick Street, co-founder and Creative Director of We Are Fred, said: “The agency has gone from strength to strength since we launched and there was a burning need to expand the team to work across the ever-increasing portfolio of client accounts that we now have.

“But it’s important for us that we hire the right people. We are Fred focuses on the property and professional sector and we don’t just want great graphic designers and account managers, we want people who are passionate and interested in the industries we work across, who want to immerse themselves in and really understand our clients. If we can achieve this, then the results will speak for themselves.”

Natalie and Max’s clients include: Putterills, Rowan Homes, Antler Homes, Rectory Homes and The Consultancy Group.
