A punchy and dynamic brand for a youthful audience.

THE BRIEF

The Signal Yard offers a stylish collection of two-bedroom apartments. A modern and lively brochure was needed to appeal to the target audience. We needed to create something that wouldn’t get lost among the many London developments, the scheme is proud to be in the City of Chelmsford and we had to show that.

THE PROCESS

We started with utilising colours that would best suit the audience, and we decided a sharp orange would do this best, complementing the blocks of black throughout. Our target audience was young, innovative and forward-thinking professionals, we know how this age range can live very busy lives, they need a place they can call home with a social life right on their doorstep. The focal point of the majority of the imagery used was very social photography.
