Brand and brochure for a new family friendly development. 

THE BRIEF

Tasked with designing a brochure for a large collection of homes close to Haddenham. They wanted a piece of work that would appeal to families whilst not using the stereotypical position strategy of a family home.

THE PROCESS

To do so, we used smart illustrations throughout to reinforce the brand, this enabled the customer to view the development as a prestigious product. We used typography and colours to reflect the positioning of the homes, in the English countryside.
