A traditional take on luxury branding and brochure.


Rectory Homes have built a highly established reputation in representing the finest home development throughout London and the home counties. Their highly anticipated development, Privé is its own luxurious collection of homes. Rectory Homes needed to position Privé to appeal to a range of customers whilst still reflecting the sought-after homes in a way that exudes quality.


Whilst designing Privé we kept a uniformed design with colours that connote luxury items. By using a deep purple with threads of gold running throughout we were able to ensure that every element of the brochure reflected luxury. We used white space to show the sophistication of the collection and included a varied range of spreads from high end eateries to activities enjoyable for many different ages. We also used high end finishes to encapsulate the effects our design portrayed.
