The Cloisters

Branding and brochure design for the over 60’s.

THE BRIEF

The Cloisters, targeting over 60’s is a new community that offers so much more than just a new home. Located in one of the picturesque Chiltern villages, the cloisters development features a club house in which residents are able to meet their neighbours and create a social life so close to home. We were tasked with creating marketing collateral that mirrored this new community and the homely feel it has.

THE PROCESS

First we developed beautiful hand drawn illustrations, inspired by Roald Dahl who once resided in the area thus creating the brochure theme, these subtle illustrations represent the homely, friendly aspect. By using watercolour marks throughout the brochure, it gave it an arty twist that takes the brochure away from a uniformed standard. As community is key, we ensured all imagery, including CGIs were a part of the main focus to allow customers to really be able to picture their lives here.
