First we developed beautiful hand drawn illustrations, inspired by Roald Dahl who once resided in the area thus creating the brochure theme, these subtle illustrations represent the homely, friendly aspect. By using watercolour marks throughout the brochure, it gave it an arty twist that takes the brochure away from a uniformed standard. As community is key, we ensured all imagery, including CGIs were a part of the main focus to allow customers to really be able to picture their lives here.
