New brand a brochure produced for the luxury development. 

THE BRIEF

6 John Street is a beautifully reconstructed Georgian building in central Bloomsbury, every unit has been designed to maximise character and style. Our task was to ensure the brochure reflected luxury living alongside the aspirational lifestyle this development has to offer.

THE PROCESS

Our designers put themselves in the mind of the consumer. To create aspirational luxury every element of the brochure had to work hard. We created a distinctive coffee table style book that offered a wealth of heritage with a contemporary flare. The brochure allowed for the development to be positioned within the luxury London market.
