Countryside approached us to craft and design a new brand and fresh positioning for the latest phase of Beaulieu in Chelmsford, Essex. Beaulieu Gate provides a new architectural style and homes for this amazing development. Beaulieu Gate has a unique location within the ancient parkland of Henry VIII’s Tudor Palace. With this in mind, we established a colour palette that reflected the natural surroundings. A deep, rich purple and regal gold set the aesthetic foundations. Inspiration also came from the areas plentiful history and the famous English Tudor rose. All these elements were beautifully brought together to create a bespoke coat-of-arms along with a modern typographical treatment that set the tone for this vibrant new community.
Countryside also required a brochure that would encompass the wider development – whilst creating a bespoke personality and story for this brand new phase. With that in mind, our team created an aspirational, editorial style brochure that showcased the Beaulieu lifestyle.
As well as the brochure, due to the vast database that Beaulieu has established, we were tasked with coming up with a way to speak to the database and generate new leads. Digital marketing is a powerful tool, so we filmed and edited a calm, informative promotional video that captured the benefits of this new phase, as well as reinforcing the quality and specifications of a Countryside home.
