Blayze Group specialises in recruitment for the built environment sector. The company approached We Are Fred to revitalise and reposition its brand. Although Blayze had a strong reputation in housing and construction recruitment, it needed to enhance its digital presence to stand out among competitors. The previous website was a little outdated and didn’t represent the brand’s services and ethos, so they opted for a complete overhaul.
We Are Fred was tasked with creating a brand that positioned Blayze as a long-term partner to both clients and candidates. We developed an identity and positioning that articulated the brand’s forward-thinking vision and dedication to sourcing and nurturing transformational talent. We then set about developing a website that represented their modern, intelligent and innovative approach, incorporating animation, iconography, logo variants and copywriting to reflect this new distinctive positioning.
The website design has a minimalist interface, clean text and rich with dynamic imagery. It is easy to navigate and divided into sections with clear calls to action for clients and candidates on each page. We created a confident, inspirational tone of voice that they use across multiple channels. Our copywriting highlighted Blayze’s major USP, Vantage, a data-driven tailored service that provides training programmes, assessments and other talent strategies. The result? A brand more in line with its position as a specialist recruitment leader.
