Here, a multi-disciplined international property group who focus on land and new homes, approached We Are Fred to name, brand and position the new venture. Our job was to first create a company name and strategic platform, and then to design an innovative corporate identity that would effectively convey the consultants forward thinking model and value.
The website creates a digital platform where they are able to showcase their experience, future projects and creativity. It has been built to grow as they grow, allowing a degree of flexibility in the CMS system to allow for easy updates and additional pages to be added – without the need to speak to a web developer. We approached the project with a longer term vision – most businesses want to grow when they launch a new brand. The user experience has been carefully considered – initially aimed at clients – and later will have the mix of B2B and B2C.
As well as the UX, we carefully considered the content on the page – ensuring that it was engaging and created a lasting impression. Video and animation features are key to the design and ensuring a strong foundation for organic SEO – which later will be built upon with a full SEO strategy.
Social Media was also a key area in which the client wanted us to explore. When it comes to social media, we take a strategic approach – creating a style and strategy that will give market stand out. We designed a modern brand and tone of voice which they use across multiple channels. Clever use of imagery, animations and video – as well as a strong typographic style – convey the skill and expertise behind the brand.
