We are Fred have been working with Lifestory since the late 2019 as their creative partner. The Lifestory Group brings together 3 brands; Pegasus and Renaissance – homes for the over 60s – and Anthology.
We are helping them to embed their vision and create a recognisable brand within the new homes market. Our creative thinking is helping to bring their Brand Roadmap to life, with the overall aim of a consistant approach across the whole business. Our internal communications help to engage staff to help bring them on the journey. Externally, we are working with the team strategically to create advertising campaigns and initiatives that will work together to create an aspirational, recognisable brand that is at the forefront of the new homes market.
To date, this has included positioning and copywriting, creative regional and brand wide campaigns and customer care initiatives which think a little more ‘out of the box’. We have created an interactive, digital presentation platform, designed animations to bring content to life and created a full suite of advertising templates that bring consistency to the customer facing collateral.
As well as working closely with group brand, we also work with all regional marketing director and development teams. We have worked on several bespoke brochures that have repositioned existing brands to bring them in line with the Lifestory vision, as well as working on signage and hoarding, press adverts, digital banners, event invites and regional wide campaigns.
The relationship we have with our clients is one of our USPs. As their brand partner, we have weekly virtual meetings with the marketing teams, as well as monthly face-to-face meetings at their head office in Winchester, and their Cheltenham office . We get to know our clients and our developments and emerse ourselves fully into every account to become a natural extension of their team.
