Bywater Properties approached us with a clear challenge: their existing website no longer reflected the forward-thinking, contemporary nature of their brand. While the content was strong, the user experience felt outdated, navigation was clunky, and the visual identity lacked the polish needed to connect with their audience.
Our task was to reimagine the website from the ground up, modernising its look and feel, creating a more intuitive user experience, and crafting a digital presence that aligned with Bywater’s purpose and story.
We began with an in-depth research phase to understand the needs of Bywater’s audience. This included stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, and content audits. We identified key user profiles, from investors to partners to prospective tenants, and mapped their journeys through the site. This allowed us to anticipate user needs, remove friction, and design pathways that supported both engagement and conversion.
Design by purpose
Wireframes laid the foundation for a clean, logical, and intuitive structure. We prioritised clarity of information while ensuring the design remained flexible enough to support engaging storytelling and case studies. The UI design elevated Bywater’s brand identity, blending modern typography, a refined colour palette, and striking imagery. Subtle animations and micro interactions were introduced to give the site a distinctive feel, ensuring it left a lasting impression without overwhelming the content.
